Delivery Agents - Our third party agents/couriers are employed to deliver on pre arranged delivery dates primarily to a ground entrance however 121 cannot be held liable for any unforeseen circumstances where the courier is delayed or on fact a delivery has to be cancelled. Off course this happens very rarely and we do employ the leading couriers to assist us in our distribution but sometimes there can be unforeseen circumstances as we are sure you will understand. If we are made aware of any issues rest assured we would contact you immediately to rearrange the delivery. Please note if deliveries fail circa x3 attempts items may be returned to sender with charges accrued for the failed delivery and charged to the purchaser. To avoid this please make sure delivery address details etc are correct and deliveries can be accepted within the time span advertised.
