Rating: 10 Arrived when scheduled, packaging secure and contents undamaged. I bought this to replace a very comfortable and life-expired almost identical chair that was nearly 20 years old, and this has proven to have been the right choice having looked at dozens. My Alphason San Diego desk from 121officefurniture has also been an excellent buy and I now have a superlative chair in which to sit at it.
Rating: 10 Beautiful chair, worth every penny. Amazing customer service from this company. Arrived on time as expected, emails from reps through the order process and immediate response to my email when some assembly parts did not arrive in the package, 1 day turn around to receive replacement. Will definitely shop with 121office furniture again! Thank you :)
