Rating: 10 Very happy with the service 121 has given me. There was an minor issue with stock but Steven immediately gave me a call and we worked it out - even received the item fully assembled for the (minor) trouble! Chair is very well made and there's enough adjustments to fit your needs. Note the lumbar support spring is very strong and will take time to get used to. It definitely forces you to keep good posture - which is exactly what I wanted! Headrest can be pulled forward enough that it's actually usable compared to a lot of other task chairs out there. thanks 121!

He phoned me back within 5 minutes to confirm stock of the product. Placed my order at 8am and received it the next day without hassle and free delivery. Price was much cheaper than competitors.
